Melaya’s Tours began as a dream for a young native Viequense when he wanted to escape the tyranny of ‘The Man’. The dream since the opening of Melaya’s Tours in 2014 has been to deliver unique and memorable tours of the incredible Bio Bay here in Vieques. We offer smaller sized tours for a more personal experience and clear bottom kayaks to help immerse you in the universe beneath your seats.
